AI Automation Developer
Job Summary:
We’re seeking a highly skilled AI Automation Developer with expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic flows, and automation using Python and other scripting languages. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI, automation, and software development – with a passion for building innovative, scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered automation solutions using LLMs, Agentic flows, and Python
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver impactful solutions
Build and maintain complex automation workflows using Python, shell scripts, and other scripting tools
Integrate AI models with data sources, APIs, and third-party systems for seamless automation
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize automation processes to ensure high performance and reliability
Stay up-to-date with advancements in AI, automation, and relevant technologies
Participate in code reviews and contribute to writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in AI automation development, with a focus on LLMs and Agentic flows
Strong proficiency in Python and experience with other scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Perl)
Hands-on experience with automation frameworks/tools (e.g., Ansible, SaltStack)
Solid understanding of AI/ML principles, especially Natural Language Processing (NLP)
Experience with cloud-based AI platforms (e.g., Google Cloud AI Platform, AWS SageMaker)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong collaboration and communication skills; experience working in cross-functional environments
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Nice to Have:
Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker) and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes)
Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
Knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
